This July, I was laid off by the first nonprofit to ever hire me.
Nothing personal, just budget misappropriations on various shoulders-- Arnie's being some of them.
Earlier this year, I looked at FAFSA in an attempt to complete my bachelor's degree one evening class at a time. Now, I truly took this setback in employment as an opportunity to attend school full-time. At Sac State, the PR degree is only 3 semesters long--so if I'm studious enough, I can get done by this time next year!
